Sep 18 2011 - Cutek timber treatment

Once the timber has been cleaned I apply the Cutek CD50, this is the bees knees of deck oils. It comes clear and you select your colourtone tint and add it to the tin. I choose "Black Ash" but only add about 3/4 quarters of it just in case it is too dark.

A week after the final boards were laid the weather forecast is for 3 days of sun so I feel safe to get the timber treatment happening. But the boards need to be cleaned first, Cutek make a cleaner for this job "Saraclean"
